Process of Request

STEP1　　Make an Appointment

Please call us or use the contact form to reserve a consultation date and time. If you make an advance reservation, we may be able to accommodate interviews on weekends and holidays. All interviews are free, so please feel free to contact us. Our office can provide support in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

STEP2　　Attend the Meeting

In order to accurately understand your situation and propose a solution that is most suitable for you, we will meet with you directly at our office whenever possible. We will listen to your questions and requests regarding various permits, residence status for foreigners, and corporate establishment, and will provide you with the most suitable advice on future directions.

STEP3　　Start of business

If you make a formal request, we will begin work after you have concluded a business entrustment contract and paid the initial fee (including actual costs). (Depending on the nature of the work, we may ask for an initial lump sum payment.) We will guide you through the necessary documents (Japanese and overseas) for the procedure.

STEP4　　Business completed

We will provide you with the screening results, copies of submitted documents, documents you have prepared, and any documents you have kept with us. At this time, please pay the success fee.
